Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Facility Manager per la nostra sede di lavoro di San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) – presso la divisione Maintenet, provider di Facility Management che opera nei settori Retail a livello internazionale.

Grazie a una rete capillare di professionisti e a un team interno multilingue dedicato, garantiamo la gestione efficiente di servizi di manutenzione programmata e reattiva.


📌 Attività principali:

  • Supporto al Facility Management Coordinator nella pianificazione e gestione delle attività di manutenzione nel settore Retail.
  • Coordinamento di progetti di manutenzione impiantistica, garantendo efficienza operativa e sicurezza in sedi distribuite nei mercati tedesco, austriaco e polacco.
  • Gestione di fornitori esterni per interventi di manutenzione e servizi tecnici, assicurandone la qualità e puntualità.
  • Negoziazione di contratti con fornitori e service provider, ottimizzando i costi e stipulando accordi di lungo termine.
  • Verifica e garanzia della conformità alle normative di sicurezza e agli standard di settore.


  • 🎓 Requisiti richiesti:
    • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Lingue.
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
      e tedesca (scritto e parlato).
