🧭 Posizione

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Impiegato/a Amministrativo/a da inserire all'interno della nostra realtà per la sede di San Benedetto del Tronto (AP).

📌 Attività principali:

  • Inserimento e registrazione fatture attive e passive
  • Gestione della prima nota contabile
  • Supporto nelle attività di contabilità generale
  • Archiviazione documentale e supporto alla reportistica
  • Collaborazione con il reparto di controllo di gestione

🎓 Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea in Economia o titolo equivalente
  • Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ambito contabile
  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici (Excel in particolare)
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Propensione e interesse verso attività di controllo di gestione
  • Precisione, affidabilità e spirito di collaborazione

🧭 Posizione

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Facility Manager per la nostra sede di San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) – divisione Maintenet, provider di Facility Management attivo nei settori Retail a livello internazionale.

Grazie a una rete capillare di professionisti e a un team multilingue, gestiamo servizi di manutenzione programmata e reattiva in modo efficiente.


📌 Attività principali:

  • Supporto al Facility Management Coordinator nella pianificazione e gestione della manutenzione.
  • Coordinamento di progetti impiantistici nei mercati tedesco, austriaco e polacco.
  • Gestione dei fornitori esterni per garantire qualità e puntualità.
  • Negoziazione contratti con fornitori, ottimizzando costi e accordi.
  • Verifica e conformità alle normative di sicurezza.

🎓 Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea in Lingue.
  • Ottima conoscenza di inglese e tedesco, scritto e parlato.

The company takes care of the Retail projects at 360° degrees: planning, organization and coordination.
